Case Study
Golden Sieve Motors
About Golden Sieve
Golden Sieve Motors (GSM) is a Nigerian luxury auto group, which specializes in sales of premium pre-owned and brand new cars. GSM services relocated its business premises to a new state-of-the-art location along the highly visible Lekki Epe Expressway in Lagos, Nigeria.
Project Scope
The CEO of Golden Sieve Motors had a vision to create a modern showroom at their new location along the Lekki-Epe Expressway, the busiest highway connecting all of Nigeria's opulent Victoria Island districts.
The new showroom needed to embody the luxury of the high-end products at the dealership, such as Aston Martin, Ferrari, Rolls-Royce, and more.
Project Manager
My Role
As the project manager, I assembled a 360º team to complete the project from start to finish, including a land surveyor, architect, interior decorator, and a team of workmen.
To align the final product with the client's vision. I worked on three proposals that encapsulated Golden Sieve's moto: The Place Where Your Dream Car Becomes Reality. Each proposal included smart technology systems, modern and asymmetric shapes, and greenery and water featutres to reflect Lagos State's push to increase urban green spaces.
The chosen proposal featured durable materials like steel bars (H beams), toughened (tempered) glass, and LED lighting to keep ecological footprint low and promote a modern look and feel.
